Who: All players who are beginners.
 

What: The ICC Academy U7’s Warriors will help players to understand the basics of cricket and start to play in fun, small sided games
 

How: The ICC Academy U7’s will explore, learn and adapt to fundamental cricket skills and concepts through game play and group coaching emphasizing the following:

• Batting: Grip, stance & back-lift, striking & hitting (short and full deliveries)
• Bowling: Mechanics of overarm bowling, understanding line and length & transferring momentum
• Fielding: Introduction to fielding fundamentals & fitness: catching, throwing, stopping combined with agility, balance and coordination
• Others: All players will be introduced to basic rules of cricket.
