Who:  Warriors U11s - Boys aged between 10 and 11 years old

Advanced – Invite only from Head Coach - Youth Development

What: The ICC Academy U11’s Warriors & Advanced will help players to establish and develop their hard-ball skills to compete at internal & external levels. 

How: The ICC Academy U11’s will play, explore, adapt and challenge their skills through play, group session, net based and competitive games. The ADIB U11’s will be trained upon the following:

• Batting: Decision making with a broad range of experiences through games, nets based and batting scenarios.
• Bowling: Consistency of stock delivery and developing a repeatable action sustained with transferring momentum. Introducing variation.
• Fielding: Continuous development on atheism using Agility, Balance and coordination drill, Introduction of strength and conditioning.  
• Tactical: Transfer of awareness into game based situations with confidence, making positive decision under pressure, understanding and setting field positions.
• Others: Develop captaincy and leadership skills, transition from coach led to player centred.
