Who: Boys aged between 14 to 17 years old.
 

What: To enable players to start exploring different formats of cricket and experience the different challenges posed by the games' various phases and roles.
 

How: TheICC Academy U15 – U18’s will sample lots of different roles in games and activities that will challenge them to develop their game-winning habits. The ICC Academy U15 – 18’s will be developed upon the following:

• Batting:  Importance around decision making in games, rotating strike, playing spin effectively 
• Bowling: Develop & become self-sufficient, strong and repeatable action, must execute variation.
• Fielding: Strong, robust and dynamic movements towards catching and throwing.
• Tactics: Greater understanding of games based awareness, decisions and execution of plans under pressure.
• Other: Master key areas and cricket disciplines to ensure skill development is increased, Value the importance on game based activity. I.e. scores, rotations and fitness, Prepare and progress for adult cricket, Performance lead approach to selection for games.
